Can someone tell me what's going on with anytime pay since the start of new year?

Since the start of 2026 my anytime pay has been real weird.. after working a full 10h shift my anytime pay ranged anywhere from 120-170 depending on the percentage. Now my pay has been WAY less though the percentage stays around 40-60.. I've asked on my HR and they just give me a copy paste answer. Help?
