Driver memory presets without 21" wheels?

Looking to buy a used Equinox EV and was looking at the Convenience Package II (at least for the 2026 models). Noticed it includes driver memory presets (which I really want) and 21" wheels (which I really don't want). Is it possible to get one without the other or are they always packaged together? Does this hold true for 2024 and 2025 models? I'm 14 inches taller than my wife and we will be sharing this car lol. Thanks!
