What to do after hitting 70 in Dragonflight? (and some other questions)

My friends and me (4 people - Full DMG, Full DMG, Tank & Heal) just started out with wow and we are not sure on how to progress from lvl70 in Dragonflight onwards. We still have to do all the Dungeons of Dragonflight, but when we last tried Ruby Life Pools at around lvl 60 we only managed to get to the 2nd boss.

We're not quite sure about the best way to progress now.
Additionally I did not yet find any Wiki or smth that is easy to navigate. Wowhead seems to be the best source for information but holy shit is it a pain to navigate.

Do you guys have any tips? Are we doing the dungeons too early? Whats the best way to find some starting gear?
