How do different dosages affect you?

Hey everyone,

I'm 33, male, 1,76cm (5'9-5'10), currently a bit above 75kg (≈165lbs), looking to lose about 10-20kg (22-44lbs). I've always struggled with my weight, and always had too much body fat. I didn't -and still don't- have a lot of muscle mass, so I was always skinny fat (more fat than skinny). I run 2-3x per week with a group, and I do bouldering. I also go for walks and cycle to get to places.

I injected the first dose of retatrutide 1mg about 4 days ago. I can notice the difference in food noise, and appetite suppression, and I've lost about 1kg of weight within a day, probably just water from depleting glycogen. I was planning to stay on this dose for as long as possible, at least initially. However, I also have adhd, and I can be a bit lethargic as well. I read that for some people, retatrutide can work a bit like a stimulant, and give them more energy. For me, the day after injection, I felt pretty fatigued, which got better the day after and is almost completely gone now. I don't feel like I have more energy though. I know I have to get used to the medication, and that losing water and electrolytes can be a bit tough, at least initially. But I guess I would be very happy to ultimately get more energy. Is there anyone for whom a low dose retatrutide already had an effect, and for whom a higher dose (say 4mg/injection) resulted in more energy, or very different effects compared to a low dose? Or is it generally more of the same effects, but stronger?

thanks!
