Can't find the game on Xbox PC App

Hello,

Apologies, if this has been asked before or if I am doing something dumb, but I want to either play the game via cloud gaming through the Xbox PC app or purchase it again through Xbox PC app so I can play with my Xbox saved data on my PC...but i am not finding the game in the App. I have checked the Microsoft Store too.

Is there something I am missing here?
