2 Machines, same problem, human error maybe?

Afternoon all,

I got my first ninja coffee machine around 4 months ago, and never really got the correct espresso ratio from the start, after a couple of cleaning cycles, messing about with grind, etc… i thought for the price, I’m complaining and happy days they sent me a new machine. HOWEVER, its still the same, so i’m thinking it might actually be me, so any ninja experts got any advice please? 😢

My machine always seems to pull 65-75g of espresso on the 2 strength setting, which should be around 46g. I’ve bought a distribution tool, tamp just once the same each time. Try going up a few grind settings and down on the grind settings to where it literally chokes and pulls nothing but when i go back up a couple, the same 65-75g.

I use the chocolate brownie blend beans from coffee works which is recommended by the main man himself so i can’t even blame the bean.

Any help please?!
