Reolink argus 3 pro firmware file needed

I recently brought Argus 3 pro camera and it's speak Chinese only my friend told me that this not updated cameras. And I'm not able to connect camera with application i already had conversation with Reolink support but i did not came not good Kindly if anyone have force file to update the camera kindly give me
