HMRC 2nd PUS Angela Macdonald and team looking at Pensions Fiasco

I'm still not convinced this will help sort out the problem - which in my view is Capita; a 2 year lead in and still delivered a massive S*itShow. It is also disengenuous to say "we didn't know what the backlog was" when Capita had 2 years to find out. Plus there is no excuse for the website being totally useless; surely that wasn't a surprise either "oh didn't know we needed to provide a website portal"
