FSD transfer requires delivery by Mar 31, 2026?

A local Tesla showroom here claimed that to get the FSD transfer, we just have to buy the new car before Mar 31, 2026, but Tesla's official page about the FSD transfer program says the new vehicle must be delivered by Mar 31: https://www.tesla.com/en_ca/support/fsd-transfer

This is an important distinction because for some models and locations the expected date of delivery is currently beyond March. Has anyone else heard directly from Tesla on whether FSD transfers will be honored for deliveries after March, and if so, why hasn't the official page been updated? The official wording currently makes it easy for Tesla to deny the transfer for deliveries after March.
