Positive posting

Yesterday, I was out and about wiht my family. We stopped at a local bakery. A young lady came out of the front door and I recognized her as a former student from years and years ago. I honked my horna t her and she gave me a look of "who the hell is honking at me?" (I would have done the same thing). She then recognized me and the look of joy came over her face. She ran over to driver's side and I hopped out (without turning off the car) and gave her a huge hug.

We talked for a few mintues and I let her know that I had retired. Her response: "No one deserves it mroe than you. You did so many great htings. You deserve to relax" This made me so happy to hear.

I had been doubting my early retirement but this helped me out. I have been wondering if my early retirement was a good thing, but now I know one thing: Yes I do deserve to be retired and enjoy my life without the constant stress and worry"

Just remember to all the folks that are ont his thread. You matter. You have touched a life and made someone feel better about themselves and made a difference. You are better than you think you are and you are loved more than you realize.
