Abuse Isn’t Culture

Bullying at work is often excused as office culture or tough leadership, but the reality is simple: it harms mental health, lowers productivity, and drives people out of their jobs. That’s why I support the Workplace Bullying Prevention Bill. Earning a living shouldn’t come with fear, humiliation, or abuse. Clear rules create accountability and better workplaces for everyone.
