Issue with Ikea smart home app on another WIFI

My Ikea smart home app has an issue when connected to a WIFI network that is not it's home network. The issue is that it takes about 20 seconds for the app to connect to my hub in this situation.

Anyone else experiencing this?

There is no issue on a direct mobile network connection.
