TRT Cream issues

I was on 150mg equivalent dropped to 100mg equivalent cream after my blood pressure spiked to 150/100. It is a 200mg concentration.

I apply cream to my shoulders, split across both shoulders.

My recent symptoms are low energy and brain fog. I have no positive effects. Blood Pressure is back to normal.

Got my 5 week labs back. Labs were taken at a trough.

Total T dropped from 350 to 250

E2 Dropped from 20.4 to 5.7

SHBG stable normal low 23.9

Hemotacrit stable normal 45.2

Sadly there was no Free T in the order.

All other markers stable, normal and approximately the same as my other labs.

Talking to my provider tomorrow.

Wonder if others have had similar results on Cream?
