Severe Knee Clicking

I have HSD and for the past 6 months my knees have been clicking non-stop and I mean with every single movement. Every step I take my knees clicks, even just changing the position of my body without actually taking a step… my knees click. It is so loud and embarrassing because everyone can hear it. I do have instability in my knees due to HSD but there is no pain, and everything online that I am reading says that if there is no pain then it’s fine but this is really not normal. I also get constant bruising only on my knees without bumping or hurting them. Maybe this is not a HSD thing but I really don’t know why it’s happening. I am really not over exaggerating about my knees clicking whenever I make a movement… so yeah help please!
