Can we stop acting that tinker is fair and balanced?

Topson just lost two games in a row against tinker at 14k mmr. Two different players were playing tinker btw. Second game they even had a huge lead and tinker still 1v9 the game. I know that the hero is 50 WR but every game that has it just becomes a time bomb with the main objective KILL TINKER. This hero just makes the game so unfun. Every version of him, from permahex aghs rockets days to this BS shield nonsense.
