Correct Online Store for Germany / Europe

I am confused with which is the correct store for buying a speediance.

There is: https://speediance.eu/de and there is https://eu.speediance.com/

Both websites differ in design and prices and I am unsure if one of them is a scam. I was about to order on eu.speediance.com but on trustpilot someone wrote, that that store would be handled from china. I am really confused right now. Also, does anyone know if there is a possibility to get the speediance delivered right into my flat instead of on the street?
