Car scene

Moving up to Madison in April and was wondering if y'all had a car scene.

Grew up in Illinois but most of my driving years where I've had money to have more than a daily was in Tulsa.

If it's just another thing of takeovers I wanna know before I get my hopes up that it's actually decent!
