Screaming episodes with a 7 week old. Help!

7 week old baby girl Eating normal (pumped breast milk, about 800ml per day) and normal wet diapers (6-7 per day). No fever.

About 3 days ago she started episodes of uncontrollably sobbing and screaming. The only thing that resolves this is movement (walking around, rocking etc) while she is in an upright position. She also tends to settle down faster with me than my husband (he doesn't have much luck at all). These episodes are very frequent in the evening and first thing in the morning. They happen throughout the day too but not as severe.

She doesn't spit up much and is usually good with burping during feeds. I wonder if we are looking at excessive gas or reflux? Would switching to formula for a few feeds be something to try in case she's intolerant to something in my diet? She was on mostly formula for the first 2ish weeks of life due to low supply.

When I called the nursing hotline they did recommend to have her seen within 24 hours because it came on suddenly.

I am just wondering if anyone else experienced this?

Also FTM so maybe this is all normal and the sleep deprivation is making me crazy.
