I basically never shower but when I do I take 3 hours, anyone else?

I am very low maintenance and I don't go out so there's no one to get affected by it, I shave my pits so I have less BO than I normally would when I go longer periods without showering but whenever I actually do shower I do everything and take the literal whole night and want to feel completely perfect, and tell myself "I'll do this tomorrow" and literally the next day I will skip showering and be dirty for the next week ( I have reallly greasy hair )
