A380 Entertainment System on long flights

On a long flight from Sydney to Doha, this is how the entertainment system on the A380 on Qatar Airways could function.

I tried to contact the customer support, but they simply ignored my emails.

Everything on Qatar Airways is great unless something happens.

I feel like I'm entitled for a conpensation, but don't know how to get it ;(
