Tuscon purchase advice please 2022 vs 2025

We're in Australia and have the option of buying either a fully optioned 2022 N Line with 56000km on unleaded, or 2025 Elite 10000km hybrid HEV - both around the $40k mark.

Just looking for your opinions on a 3 year older model with more features on petrol only versus a newer HEV but with less options available.

Happy for any and all pros and cons from people who have owned both - or either TIA
