so let's say i have a classmate named alex. I'm from 2nd world country and i make around 500$ a month from internet spending like 2 hours a day, it's quite a niche "job", but long story short, I'm a content creator on tiktok and make videos for money promoting apps. And one time one of my classmates noticed i started buying more stuff i wanted like some gym stuff or other (I'm not flexing or anything but in my country 500-700$ is actually an average income for 12 hours 5 days a week of work and I'm a teenager so i don't have paychecks for rental housing or public utilities so that's quite some money). So there is this feature like i can invite people and get paid 20$ for each of them. And that classmate somehow noticed and asked where i get the money i told him about mt "job".

P.S. First time i got into it was when some people doing it on tiktok and DMd one of them and we became friends. Idk if this matters but he's from Kuwait so extremely muslim. And we genuinely were and still ate good friends he was proud when i started developing and making more money and getting good views..So he got 20$ for inviting me and kept offering those 10$ half of it, but i intentionally would say no because i wanted to show my appreciation for everything lol.

So at first he joked about giving those 20$ to him since i already make money. I'm sure it was intended to be a joke and i took it as a joke. But then he'd keep hinting on taking those 10$ which absolutely fucking annoyed me. Like I'm here trying to recreate that one story with the Kuwait guy, but he's so impudent I didn't want anything with him anymore. Again it's not about the money and do i even have to say that Alex is not gonna pay me 20$, the owner of the apl.thay i promote is going to. And imo this is so fucked up I don't want anything with him. On the other hand, I wasn't that close neither randoms. Average classmates. But when he said that obviously i laughed and took it as a joke, but inside it's such a disappointment idk. I just want yalls opinion to it. I'm literally eager to help them and develop together but after such an act I'm flabbergasted. As of those reward money I'll see, but I'll either give all to him and fucking never engage with him in any form of relationship because that's actually disrespectful and killed my hope for anything to him. I would have beee happy to give the 20$ once i get it for him as a surprise or like a reward for starting and support, but instead he does this.
