Motion Sickness

So I've started picking up Endfield a few days ago, and for the life of me couldn't get past an hour without nausea creeping up (graphics are set to medium on, on mobile). It's happened before with genpoop and wuwa. But I don't experience one bit of motion sickness in PGR. I've spent hours polishing my wz/ppc runs with nearly maxed out settings on mobile and zero nausea, even though there's so much more going on in pgr compared to the former games. What causes this? Anyone else experienced the same thing?
