For those of you who have sold on both eBay and Vinted, what was your experience in selling speed and price?

So, ive been selling stuff online as a business. I’ve always wanted to try eBay but the fees for business sellers are just way too high for the low margins I am working with as it is tech items so margins are not so high. But ive sold personally on eBay before for personal belongings and the speed at which things sell is really good but wont be able to afford the fees as a business.

So my question is for anyone who has sold on both, given the smaller user base, do things take a lot longer to sell on Vinted. Also the price, do they go for cheaper than Vinted than they do on eBay or are they similar in price?
