PID, endometriosis, or something else horrible

f23, 145 pounds, 5’3, smoker, medication: adderall

i went last night to the ER and i tested negative for bv, uti, yeast, trich, and sti’s, i’m also not pregnant and not on my period (periods come mostly on time for me) is it possible to develop or have PID while testing negative for all of these? i got strep throat in beggining of january and i got a yeast infection from it. worst i have ever had my skin was bleeding and tearing and raw. i feel like the yeast situation has cleared mostly at this point but my skin is still really red and raw and cracking along with some itching, and my discharge started as regular white ish clear non clumpy, then turned into mostly clear whitish water like, with the occasional pinkish or yellowy discharge. not sure why they didn’t let me self swab as everything they were testing me for can be detected via self swab. they did a pelvic exam on me which was unnecessary as i mentioned to them i have partially imperforate hymen issues and vaginismus and cannot fit anything inside of me that is bigger than a q tip and they didn’t listen to me and it caused more pain and now ive been bleeding since then and can barely walk now so it’s hard to tell what’s really happening anymore now that i’ve been in worse pain due to them. my main issue i went in for was that i really worried about was feeling like i can’t urinate without burning and and feeling like i have to go all the time but also some days not at all. i peed over ten times in a day just a few days ago literally running to the bathroom and today i only went twice an i had to force myself to go. some days it feels as if i can’t go unless i push. i also went for concerns of extreme back and pelvic pain especially when laying down. i never considered the possibility of endometriosis until now because even though i have random sometimes debilitating pelvic pain and my periods are getting worse no medical professional has ever brought it up. but i also don’t really trust their judgment because i found out i have vaginismus and a partially imperforate hymen that they said didn’t exist.
