Adsense pin hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

It's been 30 days since the first pin was sent, and now I ve requested the second one. I know it's relatively early to worry, but I would like to contact SOMEONE to know what I should do. What happens after all 3 resend attempts are exhausted? Am I locked out forever? Can I contact the Youtube Partener support and ask them to send the pin with a tracking number or to verify my address with some goverment documents?!
