Does anyone know what lip product makeup artists use on actresses to make their lips look rosy but natural?

I was watching stranger things and I noticed Robin’s lips on season 3 look amazing and so do Max’s. It looks like they aren’t wearing makeup but they obviously are and I’m dying to find a similar product. I’m guessing it’s some type of lip tint because it’s matte.
