Question about cheaters

What's with the amount of people that say the game is full of cheaters? Since the launch of CS2 I can say I haven't played A LOT LOT, let's say ~200 games. Competitive and Premier, everywhere from Silver in Competitive, to Gold Nova in Competitive, from 10k Premier rating, to 18k Premier Rating. Not. A. Single. Cheater. Encountered. I am aware there are some obvious aimbots, I didn't encounter them, but saw clips. I am not saying they don't exist. But people make it sound like every single game is cheaters vs cheaters. how come?
