Games I can enjoy with my gf. Only have one controller. Easy for a non experienced person

Hi, I recently got a ps5 and have the Premium Plus. I was wondering if there are any games I can play with my gf who isn’t really into games but she would like to spend some time where we can play together / in turns. I don’t want to get a second controller as I feel like she may not really get into it however eventually I may get one if she wants to. Thanks
