Anyone else lose track of which email is linked to which service?

I’m working on a small SaaS after running into a problem myself.

I use multiple email addresses (personal, work, side projects), and over time I realized I had no clear view of which services were connected to which email — streaming apps, dev tools, SaaS products, etc.

I kept switching accounts, resetting passwords, and occasionally discovering subscriptions tied to emails I barely use anymore.

To solve this for myself, I started building a simple tool that lets me organize emails and the services connected to them in one place.
There’s no email scanning or inbox access — it’s purely about visibility and organization. I also added a browser extension so I can quickly check things without opening the main app.

I’m curious how others here handle this as they scale their projects and tools.

Do you have a system for keeping track of logins across multiple emails, or is this something you mostly manage mentally / ad hoc?
