Users being rude for posting in the “wrong subreddit “

Has anyone else noticed this?? This has happened to me twice since using this platform for the past year 1/2. I get it that the point in this platform is to allow people to have the ability to share their thoughts/ life with others who share the same interests as their own while being in a safe space, but I’m noticing how mean people are on here if you post in the wrong subreddit and it’s quite unnecessary.

I can see if someone’s straight up being rude to others & basically just being a bot / rage baiter but for me that’s not the case.

What’s up with people acting this way on here? It’s one thing to be a little annoyed but it’s really not that serious, this is another form of social media at the end of the day, there’s no need to be rude to others if their intentions weren’t bad. And then you’re called a bot if you’re standing up for yourself against rude comments which is so ridiculous 😦🤦🏻‍♀️
