Why does SLODR apply to someone at my level?

Granted, this is a test from CAIT, its validation you can take for what you will, but I scored 125 in Figure weights, Matrices, Quantitative knowledge and graph mapping, yet around 115 for visual puzzles and around 105 for all the processing tasks, and finally a low 95 for my block design. If you take the average, it comes to about 113, yet it seems my PRI is much greater than my visual and processing index.

Through which I begin my question, I observe most people claim SLODR applies upwards of 130, and I can't tell if I'm an exception to the rule, or if I'm misunderstanding something.
