Proof of Employment

Good day everyone,

I would like some input as to whether I have sufficient proof of employment as stated in the heading.

I am a doctor claiming 3+ years of work experience (FSW-Healthcare), but do not have a letter or document stating my duties or job description. I instead have my letters of employment from my government to the assigned hospitals I’ve worked in as well as all my pay slips, tax payments and other non essential documents like proof of yearly license renewal & certificates of good standing etc. I’ve tried getting HR from all the places I’ve worked to provide me with a document stating my job descriptions, but they’ve been either unresponsive or unhelpful, leaving me wondering if what I currently have is enough to work with.
