nipple piercing squirt?

i had my nipples pierced last year august or something. at some point i noticed my nipple (one) leaking a singular clear drop. i went to my gyno to see if it was anything cancerous, but turns out it was nothing and the piercing wasn’t irritated. ever since it’s gotten more ‘intense’ and nowadays it is white and can be SQUIRTED out sometimes up to 10+ times. it doesn’t hurt, but it starts itching when it’s ‘full’ so..

has anyone else experienced this??? i haven’t found anything about it. so sorry if this is gross
