How do you handle your employees?

May mga tips po kayo on how to manage employees? We have 5 Part time students. Planning to hire 1 na pwedeng 5 days a week.

Hindi ko forte and paghahawak ng tao cause I find it stressful talaga.

Do you have system na po or process sa pag hire and pag-alis nila? Usually kasi AWOL ang ginagawa ng mga employee and nasisira ang sched after that.
