Dark Romance that is only classified as DR because it has fierce intensity and codependent love like Wuthering heights

I'm trying to read more books in which characters feels very intensely. like Heathcliff and Cathy are ofcourse a good example. but in modern books like:

1. {the player by kresley cole}

2. {cat and mouse duet} both passion of love and revenge were to the extreme but in love there was still respect. I loved LOVED how Zade never kidnapped addie cuz at the end of the day he still respected her agency.

3. {mindfuck series} I mean..he delivered her men. I'm just gonna say.. he delivered her men!!

It doesn't have to be extreme gore violence, like oh you touched her now ill kill you. or you (fmc) touched another guy, I'll deliver you her hand lol. (hi zade)

I think it's an unnecessary way to show intense emotions. If a character is smart, they'd make their point without creating such a fus imo.

One of the reasons I hated {little liar} the intensity of his love was good but the unnecessary violent action was impulsive. and if he truly loved her, he wouldn't have risked going to >!Jail!< like that.

I'm only looking for stories in which both the fmc and mmc are in love fiercely. And the intense connection and codependency is what made their story DR. and nothing else.

my triggers are:

1. physical assault: hitting, grabbing, dragging etc. I hate when mmc choke the fmc out of bed for getting a point across. every Rina kent men does this.

2. physically forcing her to be with him when she doesn't want to: I like cunning manipulative mmcs who play a long game, and will let her go if she truly doesn't want him {Fated fixation by H.C. dolores} but I dislike mmcs like the one in {cheater by d.D. prince} in which he truly didn't care if she wants him back or not. he was willing to kill her family and friends. that's just obsession there was no love.

No Rever Harem either please.

and NO heavy Mafia books, I would love if the characters are not evil in their jobs pls.
