Having just finished with the Smith family, I sighed and ticked them off. One more family, and this was the one I had been waiting for. Abilene, year 4. A sweet child, bright and obedient, quite happy and overall a sweetheart. Smoothing out the creases in my skirt, she got up and brought forward my notes on the family. Single parent, two kids. One was a lot older, different second parent. Dressed in a single creme blouse with a black skirt, I wore opaque tights and a pair of my black heels with creme accents. My hair was done in a messy bun which framed my cute face. I was fresh out of teacher training college, but I wasn't new to it. Not at all, a wealth of coaching experience behind me. I was just 5’1" tall, standing 5'5 in my heels, with a petite body and a slim, slender frame. That’s not to say that I was weak or easily intimidated, years of Muay Thai had toned and toughened my body, and I had a presence that could silence rooms if I wanted to, even without talking. Adjusting my hair a little bit, I heard the knock at the door. Opening the door, I saw young Abilene and smiled. "Hello dear, lovely to see you. You must be Abilene's parent?" I asked, looking up at you and extending a hand.
