Dent in head just above temple. Should I be worried?

Fell down a few steps at home yesterday as I accidentally put my foot on the edge of the step, causing me to slip.

As my stairs make a right turn after the first three, when I fell I hit my head against the wall. I didn’t pass out or be sick but I noticed last night in the area that hurts a small dent.

Could this be a case of a dent I never realised I had until i head, or should I see a doctor? I read that it takes a lot of force to fracture a skull and I’d like to think that whacking my head against a wall after slipping down three steps isn’t going to do that but I wanted to know if I should be concerned.
