Freaking out moving out of sg to canada. Any msian or singaporean lgbtq in canada?

Moving out of sg to canada, any singaporean or malaysian lgbtq ppl in canada?

Hi, recently got an offer to study a master programme in canada. Thinking if i should move out bc of better lgbtq rights there. But at the same time, also freaking out bc its so far away from home and career prospects and high tax. I see the tech job market there isnt that great. And if i move, i might lose my pr in sg in 2 years’ time since i will be overseas and if i dun get pr in canada, i will have to move back to Malaysia. I did think of taking up sg citizenship before moving but its also scary to commit to sg where i dun have family and a house. I cant be renting forever in sg and condo is so expensive. Housing is one of the issues driving me out of sg and also im just tired to constantly pretending to be straight at workplace and not able to be who i am. Only out to a few close friends.

Just going thru so much emotions now and wanna know if there is any singaporean lgbtq ppl in canada, and hows life for yall?? Really need some advice
