BUILDING SMALL E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

Hi

I have a friend from Liberia who wants to build an e-commerce platform with MTN mobile money as primary payment method. Anyone with clarity on how to build this one-time fee, no subscription model platforms recommendations like shopify? Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.
