[general] can y'all give me motivation to read Trials of Apollo

Hi, I haven't finished the books but I'm on the 4 book of HoO. To start this out I just want to say that Apollo is my least favorite Olympian which plays a core factor on why I'm hesitant on reading it (don't worry I have the books already, just debating to either read them or leave them as decorations). There is also Jason's death (yes I am petty about that, and yes I know about his death because it's apparently so popular in the fandom). I would really appreciate if you guys tell me some things I can look forward to it I read it, do they expand the lore of the 7 demigods? More characters? Characters which were bringed back after being put on the shelf for so long?? What God's would they be (besides Apollo) in this series. I am perfectly fine with spoilers because the only reason why I'm in this fandom is because of spoilers.
