First job as EMT

I start my first job as an EMT in a few weeks and am looking for some advice on what to prepare for leading up to my first day. It’s mostly IFT and will be working 16 hour shifts, which is new to me. Going from a cozy office job into a completely new experience. Any guidance and tips on how to best prepare during these next few weeks will be much appreciated.
