It this game worth getting into at this stage?

Hi there everyone, steam recommended this game to me today and I saw that it’s apparently no longer under development so I wanted to ask a few questions. Is it worth trying to get into the game right now or are they making a 3rd one that I should just wait for? And what is the community normally like in terms of toxicity and things like that, is it hard to find full games?
