What does my application status mean?

Now that the dashboard is live, we wanted to break down what the different statuses mean so you know exactly where you stand.

• Interview pending: We got your application! Check your email for the interview link and complete the interview.
• Under review: Our team is looking over your interview, you'll be notified once this step is completed. This can take up to 30 days, so don't worry if it's quiet for a bit.
• Satisfactory interview: You crushed it! While this doesn’t guarantee placement on a project, you’re officially in our vetted talent pool while we match you with the right project.
• Hiring manager reviewing: You’ve been shortlisted! The hiring manager is reviewing applications and will select the candidates that are the best fit for that specific role.
• Did not qualify: You didn’t meet the required criteria for this role. Our team may still reach out if you’re a good fit for another role or if the project scope changes.
• Selected: Congrats, you’ve been selected for this position and will soon receive onboarding steps.
