Optimistic

I hate those who expect the worst outcome in our situation, who post to BOB negative aspects of Srne/sclx and wants us to believe bad things are more likely to happen than good. Sometimes they suggest to immediately initiate a group lawsuit against Dr Ji and Sorrento. In MHO I believe that we are in an unprecedented position to win. Reason:

1-April 16th 2026 roughly in two and half months we are expecting the lifting of all trading restrictions of SRNE and consequently price recovery will happen

2-SMNR vacancy (posted by Kim) without doubt suggests that semedexa or sp102 approval is imminent

3-Our Srne shares are intact

4-his new years post included phrases suggesting our triumph.

Finally In case anyone believes to increase his balance with law suit he/she is free; but as BOB member I strongly support that only the BOB leadership (Tim & Kim) can advise,organize and lead a group lawsuit if it becomes necessary.
