Advice regarding what to buy

I am planning on buying my first iem and currently confused on what to buy in between "7hz salnotes zero" and "truthear gate" . Can anyone tell me which one is better in terms of sound quality and good for high res audio. Also recommend me any good high res supported dac under 1000 if possible
