Should I continue with my returnee account, or create a new one with shorekeeper?

Returned to Wuwa just 3 days ago after launch, and used one of my old level 20 acc (now level 30) and got extremely luck back to back Augusta and Iuno pulls, however I dont have another sustain. I saw other posts having Shorekeeper and I want one for my tower runthrought, is it worth rerolling for a new account (i just did this an hour ago but got only got shorekeeper).

all s0r0 but jiyan is s1 since i got him on launch but didn't play
