Possible problem when selling

Hello, after several years of not playing CS (started when CS:GO was made free, didn't even play much back then anyway), I've decided to come back to it. Since my account doesn't have Prime, and I have about 10 cases since the CS:GO days, I thought I could sell those cases for hopefully enough profit to afford Prime. However, when I wanted to do it, the transaction needs to be 'held' for 15 days before it's actually put out on sale as a safety measure. It also says that I haven't had the Steam Mobile Authenticator on for 7 days.

So I said, fair enough. I activated the Steam Mobile Authenticator on the 19th of January, believing that, after waiting those 7 days, I can put my cases immediately on the market without the 15 day holding period. Tried it yesterday, the same thing appears when trying to sell. Today, ditto, even though the 7 days period should've passed one day before.

Am I missing something?
