People keep complaining I’m too quiet on Teams

I’ve been really struggling with this issue recently.

People keep complaining I’m too quiet on Teams. This is even when noise suppression is turned off.

I make sure I’m close to the mic when speaking.

I generally don’t use any headset because I work from home in a quiet office space. However this morning I tried using my Jabra Elite 8s and the mic still didn’t pick my voice up enough.

The mic used is Microphone Array (Intel Smart Sound Technology for Digital Microphones).

Laptop is Dell Inspiron 7400, Windows 11. Usually use browser version of Teams because it doesn’t slow my laptop down as much as the app.

I don’t have this problem on Zoom, Google Meet or Slack calls.

What can I do to fix it?
