How can I overcome a money scarcity mindset with my career?

I grew up in a very wealthy family which puts a ton of pressure on me to have a high paying job. I have always equated money to success. I work in Government IT sales and dread showing up to work every day. I want to pivot to something else, but I’m not sure where to go especially because my mind is wired to think sales is the only way to make money. I hate how cut throat sales is and I want out. Advice? I’d love to hear success stories of someone who isn’t in sales but still makes a livable wage. For reference, I am 27, married and have my first baby on the way.
